MPH Series Acid Alkali Resistant Magnetic Drive Pump - 3KW 380V

The MPH series is a horizontal sealless magnetic drive centrifugal pump built for continuous duty on aggressive chemistry. Torque is transmitted through a permanent magnet coupling, so the pump chamber has no shaft penetration and no mechanical seal: there is nothing to drip, nothing to replace and nothing to expose to the plant floor. All wetted surfaces are lined with PTFE / FEP on a reinforced PP body, which keeps the pump stable in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, caustic soda, sodium hypochlorite and mixed pickling baths. The 3 kW motor delivers 260-330 L/min at 12.5-18 m head, a duty point that matches most scrubber circulation, surface treatment lines and chemical dosing loops in Thai industrial estates such as Rayong, Chonburi and Samut Prakan.

Packaging and Delivery

Each pump is wrapped in anti-rust film, fixed on a fumigated plywood pallet with steel straps and shipped in a seaworthy wooden case. Spare parts kit, operation manual and nameplate drawing are packed in the same case. We ship from Ningbo or Shanghai port and support air freight for urgent sample orders.
