PVDF Lined Sealless Magnetic Drive Pump for Hot Sulfuric Acid

Electroplating and pickling lines punish pumps twice: the acid attacks the wetted parts and the surrounding vapour attacks the motor. This MPH-30 answers both with a PVDF lined pump chamber, a carbon fibre reinforced PP outer casing and a sealless magnetic coupling that removes the mechanical seal completely. PVDF keeps its mechanical strength at 110 C, so the pump stays in service on hot sulfuric acid, chromic acid and mixed acid etch baths where PP and ordinary engineering plastics creep and crack. With 5.5 kW driving 260-330 L/min at up to 18 m head, one unit covers a full plating tank circulation loop or a filter press feed duty.

Each pump is wrapped in anti-rust film, fixed on a fumigated plywood pallet with steel straps and shipped in a seaworthy wooden case. Spare parts kit, operation manual and nameplate drawing are packed in the same case. We ship from Ningbo or Shanghai port and support air freight for urgent sample orders.
