Fluorine Lined Magnetic Drive Pump for Pickling and Phosphating Lines

A pickling line runs on hot acid and never stops, so the circulation pump becomes the weakest link in the line. This MPH-25 is built around a cast iron casing with a fully bonded FEP / PTFE fluorine lining: the acid only ever touches fluoroplastic, while the pressure boundary keeps the mechanical strength of metal. The magnetic coupling drives the impeller through a sealed wall, so there is no shaft seal to fail and no acid mist leaking into the pit. The 4 kW motor holds 260-330 L/min at up to 18 m head, a duty point that suits acid circulation tanks, spray rinse stages and fume scrubber loops. 415V 50Hz winding matches plant power in Thailand, Malaysia and the Gulf, with 380V and 440V 60Hz variants available from stock.

Each pump is wrapped in anti-rust film, fixed on a fumigated plywood pallet with steel straps and shipped in a seaworthy wooden case.
