5.5kW Stainless Steel 304 Submersible Mixer for 60 C POME

Freshly discharged palm oil mill effluent leaves the mill at 60 to 80 C and carries free fatty acids, residual oil and fine fibre. A standard cast iron mixer will corrode in that service, so the QJB5.5/12-620/3-480S is built with a stainless steel 304 body and propeller, H class insulation, and Viton seals to survive continuous operation in hot acidic effluent. The 1800 N thrust is enough for a deep de-oiling tank where a low speed flow pattern must be maintained 24 hours a day.

Voltage and Certification for Malaysia and Thailand

Standard supply includes 415V / 50Hz / 3 phase for Malaysia and 380V / 50Hz / 3 phase for Thailand, with 220V single phase and 60Hz options on request. Motors can be  support CE marking and ISO 9001:2015 factory certification. English manuals, wiring diagrams and installation videos are provided for mill site teams.

Packing, Shipping and After Sales

Each unit is wrapped in waterproof film, fixed on a steel frame and packed in a fumigation-free plywood case suitable for sea freight to Port Klang, Penang, Bangkok or Laem Chabang. Spare mechanical seals, O-rings and a propeller are recommended as site stock. A 12 month warranty covers the motor and mechanical seal under normal operating conditions.

FAQ

Why choose stainless steel 304 instead of cast iron?
Above 55 C with free fatty acids present, cast iron corrodes quickly and the seal seat pits. SS304 doubles typical seal and body life in that service.

Can you supply stainless steel 316 or duplex?
Yes, SS316L and duplex 2205 bodies are available for high chloride effluent, please advise the chloride level.
