Large anaerobic lagoons of 10,000 cubic metres and above lose most of their working volume when the sludge settles and the top forms a scum mat. The QJB7.5/12-600/3-480 answers that with a 960 mm propeller that pushes 2600 N through the water at 480 r/min, moving a slow rotating mass over a 50 metre flow path. Three to four units typically replace six smaller mixers, which cuts cable runs, guide rails and maintenance points on site.

Packing, Shipping and After Sales

Each unit is wrapped in waterproof film, fixed on a steel frame and packed in a fumigation-free plywood case suitable for sea freight to Port Klang, Penang, Bangkok or Laem Chabang. Spare mechanical seals, O-rings and a propeller are recommended as site stock. A 12 month warranty covers the motor and mechanical seal under normal operating conditions.
