Brief introduction
Long shaft deep well fire pump is a vertical pump composed of single or multiple centrifugal or mixed flow impeller and guide shell, water pipe, transmission shaft, pump base, motor and other components. The pump base and motor are located at the upper part of the wellhead (or pool). The power of the motor is transmitted to the blade axle through the drive shaft concentric with the lifting pipe, which drives the impeller to generate flow and lift.
Long axis deep well pump is a widely used pumping and drainage equipment, which is suitable for power plant, steel plant, mine, chemical industry, fire protection, water plant, agricultural irrigation and other industries.

Structure introduction:
Long shaft deep well fire pump is composed of three parts: working part, lifting pipe part and well part.
2.1. Working part
This part is composed of working parts and water filter parts. The working parts are composed of guide shell, impeller, conical sleeve, shell bearing and impeller shaft. The impeller is of closed structure. The shells are connected by bolts. The guide shell and impeller can be equipped with wear ring.
2.2 lifting pipe
This part is composed of lifting pipe, transmission shaft, coupling and support components. The lifting pipe is connected by flange or pipe thread. The material of the transmission shaft is 45 # steel or stainless steel. If the bearing part of the transmission shaft is worn, if it is a threaded lifting pipe, the installation position of the two short lifting pipes can be changed, and they can be used again. If the lifting pipe is connected by flange, it can be used again by changing the up and down direction of the transmission shaft. A special locking ring is provided at the joint between the pump seat and the upper lifting pipe of the deep well pump with thread connection to prevent the lifting pipe from falling off.
2.3. Above well part
This part is composed of pump seat parts, special motor for deep well pump (ordinary vertical motor specially designed for deep well pump when it exceeds 400KW), motor shaft, coupling and other parts. Optional distribution control box, outlet pipe, inlet and exhaust valve, pressure gauge, check valve, gate valve and rubber or stainless steel expansion joint.
